Steve and Sandie Davis have lived in the Truckee area for over 30 years, In between skiing and raising a family, they started Heat-Tech in 1995.  Steve is actively pursuing changing local  HVAC attitudes to become more environmentally conscious, an outgrowth of that is becoming an Energy Rater to help contractors comply with recent California Energy codes.

We are currently apprenticing our son, Peter Carlson, who will become a service technician in the near future.
