Forced Air Heating and Cooling Repair

We work on any forced air heating and/or air conditioning system and have seen everything out there through the years. So, rest assured that we have the knowledge to service even the toughest units. We do not work on boiler systems, wall heaters or floor units.

Preventive Maintenance

Forced air systems should be serviced every 3-4 years if new, every 2 years if over 10 years old and every year if over 15 years old for safety reasons. Filters should be changed monthly to 3 times a year by the homeowner for best system performance.

Heat-Tech of Truckee

Steve and Sandie Davis have lived in the Truckee area for over 40 years. In between skiing, music, church and raising a family of four kids, they started Heat-Tech in 1995.
We have always employed family and friends. Our oldest son Gabe Carlson came on board in 2013 and his wife Kelly joined us in 2017. Through the years we have apprenticed young family friends and love to watch them grow and move on.
